I understand and agree that Valour Martial Arts & the Phoenix Eye Wing Tsun association, its owners, schools, members and instructors (collectively "the association") do not accept liability for any losses sustained, damages, or injuries, arising out of my participation in training, studying, practice or for any other activity I participate in, in regards to my membership.
